Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Agency OS (the “Service”), operated by Benjamin B, doing business as Adrieluxe (“Adrieluxe”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is an agency operations platform. It provides client management, project tracking, domain and hosting renewal reminders, a read-only client portal, team role management, and subscription billing, organized around your organization (“org”) as the unit of access.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering, and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your organization and for keeping member credentials secure. Access to your organization’s data is managed through team roles you control.

The Service is offered on the following monthly plans:

• Starter — for solo operators and small agencies.
• Growth — unlimited clients and projects, up to 5 team seats.
• Scale — unlimited team seats and advanced reporting.

Current pricing for each plan is shown on our pricing page. Billing is processed by Razorpay as a monthly recurring subscription, and you agree to Razorpay’s own payment terms. Subscriptions auto-renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Billing. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a period.

Refunds are issued only within the circumstances described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to store or transmit illegal or infringing content.
• Attempt to access another organization’s data without authorization.
• Resell, sublicense, or repackage the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.

If you invite a client contact to your organization’s client portal, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share the information visible to them. Client contacts see only a read-only view of their own project’s status, milestones, and files.

Adrieluxe owns the Service, including its software, design, and trademarks. You retain ownership of the client, project, and business data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that data and operate the Service on your behalf.

Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amounts you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days’ notice by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
