Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Adrieluxe, a business operated by Benjamin B (“we”, “us”, or “our”), the operator of Agency OS (the “Service”), collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use the Service. It applies to all users, including visitors to our marketing pages, agency accounts, and client contacts invited to a client portal.

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Account information. When you or your organization registers, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials via our authentication provider (Clerk).

Business data you enter. The Service is built around the client, project, contact, and domain/hosting records you create to run your agency. This may include your clients’ business information — names, contacts, project scope, and budgets. You control what you enter; treat it as you would any confidential business record.

Files you upload. Deliverables and documents you attach to a client or project are stored via Cloudflare R2 and are private by default — never publicly accessible.

Client portal data. If you invite a client contact to the portal, we store their name, email, and an invite token so they can access a read-only view of their own project.

Usage data. We collect information about how you interact with the Service to diagnose issues and understand which features are used.

Payment information. Paid plans are processed by Razorpay. We do not collect or store your full card or bank details; we retain only subscription metadata (such as plan, status, and renewal date) needed to manage your billing.

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver, maintain, and secure the Service.
• Authenticate you and your organization’s members via Clerk.
• Send transactional email — renewal reminders, portal invites, and account notifications — via Resend.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions via Razorpay.
• Monitor and diagnose errors via Sentry.
• Improve the product and understand which features are useful.

We share your information only with the service providers we rely on to run the Service:

• Clerk — authentication and organization membership.
• Razorpay — payment and subscription processing.
• Resend — delivery of transactional email.
• Cloudflare R2 — private file storage.
• Sentry — error tracking, to help us diagnose and fix issues.

We do not sell your data, we do not send it to any AI or third-party model provider, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.

We use session cookies, set by our authentication provider (Clerk), to keep you signed in — these are essential and always active. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not sell or share data collected via cookies with third parties.

While your organization’s account is active, we retain your data so the Service functions as expected. If your organization is deleted, we cancel any active subscription immediately; business records associated with the organization are retained unless you request deletion. To request deletion of your organization’s data, contact us using the details below.

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information, to request a portable copy, and to ask us to restrict certain processing.

We protect your data in transit using TLS encryption, isolate each organization’s data using Postgres Row-Level Security in addition to application-level access controls, and enforce access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using commercially reasonable measures.

The Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
